Does not fit 2018 Mini Cooper
Filter is slightly oversize and the compartment that holds it has basically no tolerance for any amount of oversize thickness. Spent over an hour in ridiculous positions to try to get the first (lower) filter in and when it was obvious that it would not fit, then struggle (really, really struggle!) to completely remove it. Once I got the one new one back out, it only took a few minutes to get the originals back in place, so the Purolators were definitely the problem. This job would best be done by a mini, mini, mini person that is also a contortionist. I did the cabin filer on our CR-V right before starting this one and the CR-V was a 10-minute job.

Fitment is off
On opening the box these filters looked OK. But a problem surfaced on attempting to install them. These filters are slightly larger than the OEM filters in every dimension, most noticably in thickness. The fit of the OEM filters is already snug. With these that becomes impossibly tight. I eventually got both filters in, but the second one is crumpled from forcing it. I doubt it is filtering well as is. The next time I do this job I will definitely seek out the OEM filters.
