DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

I would have given 0 stars if I could. This listing was for a NEW chromebook. It is OBVIOUSLY used and not in great shape. There are scratches all over it and packaging was horrible. This seller has repeatedly sold used items after listing them as new and should be banned. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

We purchased this item on black Friday as a Christmas gift, however, we had to return it as it appears to have been in some sort of fire. The USB port is melted and the outside cover has bubbles all over it. Walmart.com does not specify, but this is not a new item. It comes from a refurbished seller who is jus trying to move product. You've been warned.

Advertised as new but came used and damaged.

I honestly don't understand Walmart. This was advertised as new, I checked before purchasing! But what I received was an obviously used laptop, wrapped only in one layer of bubble wrap and placed loosely in a large box. It was not securely packaged, was bouncing around a lot and arrived damaged. AND THERE'S NO PAPERWORK! I was going to contact the seller but after reading the other reviews and seeing that I am not alone in this complaint I am returning it.
