This was a purchase for my granddaughter who knew exactly when she wanted. I had gotten her another backpack with a Stitch motif, but she wanted this one. There was a mix up in communications between me and her dad, and I thought she would like the other one. She took it well, but I knew I had to get her the one she wanted. I found it elsewhere, but was relieved to see it was at Walmart, since I knew there would be no problems. Everything went smoothly, the backpack was as shown, and she is one happy , happy, little girl!
