Halloween Costume

Very cute and colors are vibrant, it looked nicer once I used the steamer to iron out the wrinkles. Gave it 4 stars because the collar ruffle part was extremely itchy and left me a rash so I couldn't wear it for long. And I used another head band with bow from amazon because this one was crooked. I also sewed a bow on to the dress for an extra cutesie look.
