I recieved the cut off tool with the retaining screw being stripped out. I was able to put a slot in it and remove it to use the tool. Tool is incredible spins up fast and has TONS of power. Reverse feature is great to have and tool is really quiet for a cut off tool.. over and above that i wrote aircat to see if i could purchase a replacement retaining screw and got a quick response stating a new screw was being sent out no charge right away! TOP NOTCH service.... ill be buying more aircat tools from here on in!
