During the economic downturn, a couple struggles to keep it together and the relationship suffers. Fast forward two years later and dinner date with friends turns into a challenge. Friend Brian insists he can prepare a better meal then what was served at a restaurant. His girlfriend will reward him if the meal is quality. He plans to use his grandmothers' recipes but is still faced with obstacles. Will they reunite and who wins the competition?
