Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking a prescription drug. When using this product you may have loose, watery, more frequent stools. Stop use and ask a doctor if: you have rectal bleeding or your nausea, bloating, cramping or abdominal pain gets worse. These may be signs of a serious condition; you get diarrhea; you need to use a laxative for longer than 1 week. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. You would be surprised at a difference it makes. Note… it takes a few days initially as it is not a laxative that works overnight. But once it starts working and you take it regular, you will be regular ;). And there is absolutely no taste. I simply put it in my drink daily. That's it. No fuss relief. Go ahead and give it a try. My wife has to use this daily and as long as she drinks lots of water through the day it works very well for her she mixes it with cran-grape juice and you don't even really taste it so I Would say if you can't decide whether to buy it or not just buy it I don't think that you would be disapointed.
