Shattering Beads

I expected that I would need to tighten the beads until they didn't feel loose. Well, so far three of them have shattered, two in one day. I don't try to be forceful with then, but it seems like as soon as I feel they are at a tightness where they won't slowly unscrew then they shatter. Not reccomended especially if you have snake bites like me. I didn't enjoy a shattered bead in my mouth. Tip: go for metal beads. These are pretty, but they don't glow (at all) and they don't hold together well enough to bother.
