Regularity
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from diverticulitis and I must be very careful of the foods I eat and vitamins. I have learned that not all probiotics work with all systems, or at least not my system. I had never heard of Dr. Tobias probiotics before or even seen any commercials so I was very skeptical on taking them. I took the chance for my own well being and I was very glad I did because it provided me the regularity I needed and the comfort of knowing the foods I chose were not going to totally tear my stomach up. Best of all is that these capsules are non-GMO. I have incorporated Dr. Tobias Probiotics & Prebiotics.

Great prebiotics
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the prebiotic I have been looking for. I have been taking this for a month now and my gut feels so much better. I am not sure what the difference is here but over the few prebiotics I have tried this one is my favorite by far. It has truly made a difference.
