Bunchems, Mega Pack

Typically I would avoid anything that comes with warnings to avoid and instructions on how to recover from getting Bunchems out of your hair. I am glad I threw caution to the wind on this one. If you have ever walked through a field in the summer and ended up with burrs stuck to your pant legs - you pretty much know how Bunchems work. These are small little balls covered in Velcro like hooks that latch onto other Bunchems (or sweaters, blankets, or fleece). There are nearly 400 Bunchems in 8 different colors included with the kit. Additionally there three dozen accessories like legs, eyes, hand, arms and hats to attach to your Bunchems creations. The concept is solid and very easy for a child to grasp and enjoy with almost zero help from an adult. They package includes designs you can create, but the imagination is much better. Worried about the issue with Bunchems getting stuck in hair, we got a couple of volunteers to see just how difficult it would be to get a Bunchem out of one's hair. The most difficult part of the process was getting one stuck in the hair in the first place. With exceptionally long hair you can stick a Bunchem in next to the scalp and it can be a challenge to get them out. But that takes effort just to get the Bunchem into the hair in the first place. Overall, I would highly recommend the Bunchems Mega Pack!

This toy arrived very fast. Packaged very well as to avoid damage in shipping. Colorful box. Mega pack, over 400 pieces! Gives many ideas on the box front and back. Easy to take out of the box but cal also be stored in the original box if desired. Squish them. Connect them. Create many fun things. Box said for ages 4+ and older, assuming because these do fit in the mouth so a choking hazard. Of my gosh, very fun and addicting. Contains 50 blue, 50 green, 50 purple, 50 yellow, 50 orange, 50 red, 20 white, 50 black, along with a guide book and 36 accessories! Bat wings, teeth\mouth, eyes, glasses, etc... Kind of like a Mr potato head but with these. Very easy to use. Just push together to connect, pull to remove. Looking for something different but still creative? This is so cool. Very fun to watch what she comes up with. We have been through all the fads over the years. From beads to playdoh to make bracelets out of rubber bands. My goodness the things they have come out with. But this one she has spent hours and hours playing with. No mess no stains. Plenty to work with. Really super fun. Highly recommend this for anyone. I would go so far as to say this would make a cool adult gift as well. Really fun !
