I am very pleased with this purchase, price was perfect even though shopping on line is hard to know what your getting for the price up until it is delivered. It was very easy to assemble all the pieces were included. Very happy with the quality, the price and definitely was not damaged upon delivery. It is for my 10yr old daughter and she loves it.

Excelent quality and comfy bed

Easy installation. Headboard is luxury With good finished materials. The bed is sturdy and very smart design. This is high quality bed because is not product of China. Chinese products are all cheap and low quality. This bed is made and imported by Malaysia. I love it and recommend it to everyone.

Pleasantly Surprised!

My first order with Hayneedle and I'm very impressed with the online website, ordering process, timely feedback, delivery tracking and quality of the product. Very pleased and I will be using Hayneedle more often! The only small obstacle was the bed was for my 14 year old daughter who was a little disappointed that she didn't notice the crystal button before we ordered, she thought they were going to be of the same material as the headboard, so maybe more pictures and detail would help.
