Product did not seem to work as advertised

We did experience a drought with unusually high temperatures. So in the effort of being fair, I am not sure if that had an impact on the product's effectiveness. However, I settled back at 1-star simply because it IS supposed to be a solar blanket, and overall did not work as advertised.
