Rugged Ridge by RealTruck Side Steps for Wrangler JL | Round, 3", Black | 11591.12 | Compatible with 2018-2024 Jeep Wrangler JL/JLU

To begin, I initially purchased a similar item from another distributor for (with shipping costs) a price of more than $100.00 higher than Real Truck. They were delivered directly to the garage I've frequented a lot over the years. The fact that this is my 4th Cherokee speaks to that! Bars arrive and absolutely do not fit. Bars too long and brackets not even close to fitting anywhere under the truck. There was a Dodge RAM 1500 in the next bay, and the brackets were a perfect fit. I went back to the distributor's site and read the only review. Essentially, " ...the bars are a little long, almost touching the tires front and rear, and I needed to do some welding to make it fit." YIKES I should have read that first. So I returned them, right? What a nightmare! 7 days of phone calls, pictures of the shipping box, all the parts, and a customer service boondoggle! I then ordered these! Guess What? THEY FIT! NO DRILLING OR WELDING! And the best part is they were $100.00 cheaper than the other distributor's shipment. And the REAL TRUCK customer service woman was great! She made phone calls and Guaranteed the ones they would ship (and I have now) would fit. I have nothing buy praise for REAL TRUCK, and especially their Customer Service!
