- Induction cooking utilizes magnetic based technology to excite the molecules within the compatible induction cookware (cast iron, stainless steel, porcelain enamel on metal); This process enables rapid heating times with cookware heating evenly in 45 seconds and water boiling in 70 seconds.
- Once the cooktop reaches its maximum temperature of 450°F, it will stay at that temperature and will not exceed it.
- The unit cycles on and off once it reaches the set temperature so the pot stays the correct temperature and does not overheat.
- Cooking in a small space can be a big challenge, but with True Inductions' Cooktops it doesn’t have to be.
- True Inductions power technology allows for more energy efficient cooking by allowing the burners to split wattage between the left and right side.
