My grandsons love these as pocket surprises. Grandpa pulls one out and they are busy with the little sets, reading instructions, and building the kits. After they put this one together they played with it and enjoyed their time. Some of the pieces are small so they are not meant for children who still put things in their mouths but a seven year old was the perfect age to build the Lego. These are an economical way to have treat when the children need to have a break from more physical play. Of course, they love the Ninjago theme.

LEGO is generally so expensive, so I was happy to see something from them that was more affordable. There aren't a ton of pieces here, but it's enough to make a cool mini mech to play with. It came in a plastic hanging bag rather than a box for packaging. Overall I am satisfied.
