Cheaply made

This is the fifth playskool hero transformer I've ordered for my son, but the first from Walmart (I purchased the others from Amazon). This toy package looked good but the transformer is poorly made and doesn't stay in the car form. The head and arm do not lock in place, instead they hang out so compared to the other 4 Rescue Bots it doesn't look like they were manufactured from the same place or process. Not even worth sending back.
