The predrilled holes for this chair were so misaligned that the horizontal plank has no stability offered as it cannot sit in the notch based on how low the seat is as a result of the location for the large screw in the side. The hole for the large screw on the side is clearly too far down. The wood has shattered with minimal use as a result the chair is so unstable that it is not usable. Extremely disappointed in this product. I was sent the wrong product (ordered a set of chairs and ottomans but received extra chairs in place of ottomans), order arrived late, if I wanted my correct order I would have to wait over a month or just keep the chairs (which seemed like a purposeful swap on the sellers behalf because the ottomans were clearly on back order). I would not have purchased 4 chairs so not only did I not receive the product I ordered, the “substitution” that was provided is entirely unusable. Customer service people were very attentive but I am overwhelmingly disappointed in the product. I would think twice before ever purchasing from a Walmart retailer again, especially this one.
