Husband assembled it in about an hour. Carried it upstairs to daughter's room; Styrofoam everywhere once out of the box! No parts were missing. The whole thing is metal. Very nice and sturdy once put together (we got her the full size). Scratched the paint a little in small areas, but since it's white, it was the easiest color to touch-up paint once assembled. Shipping was super fast and got it shipped for free to my front porch. Very affordable price too! I highly recommend.

This bed is adorable for my 4 year old daughter! It was fairly easy to put together and looks amazing with her girly bedding. It's nice to not have to have a box spring because of the platform. I would highly recommend!
