About 3 yrs ago, my friend got me a 02COOL neck fan. I'm a menopausal Caregiver, whose clients have their homes quite warm. The breeze from this fan keeps me from being very sweaty, and I use it a good 6 hrs a day! My first fan had dropped so many times, from my hands, causing a loose connection, so I was tickled when I found them online at Wal-Mart :) and at such a good price! I bought 3 of these because I knew if I had one everyone would want to "borrow it" just for a bit. Yep, last night we were at a concert in the park in 97 degree heat under the sun. I pulled out my 02Cool Deluxe Necklace Fan and my family laughed at me. After awhile my husband, daughter and her friend were asking to borrow it. They were grateful when I pulled out two more to share. I put the long life batteries in them and they lasted all day and into the evening non-stop. Mom didn't look so silly then.
