Nature's Bounty Turmeric 538mg

Turmeric is highly effective as a natural anti inflammatory used forever minus side effects of today's synthetic Rx. There are MANY Turmeric supps....but most are garbage since they contain "blends" to HIDE they're made from LESS effective cheaper NON standardized Turmeric. The MOST effective is Turmeric Extract where the ENTIRE formula is standardized to 95% Curcuminoids being the key component with anti inflammatory effects. Nature's Bounty 538mg is very close being standardized to 93% Curcuminoids. Cheaper Turmeric supplements are NEVER standardized to 95% Curcuminoids because they're far cheaper to produce which is why they're so plentiful %26 less effective. This 538mg version is right up there at 93%.

Natural supplement

Tumeric was recommended to me years ago as a supplement to address inflammation and resulting pain in the body,. and as Is have a terrible problem with herniated discs in the spine I started taking it. I am in the seventh year now and it appears to help a lot to ease the pain.
