I would choose this easy to swallow type of pill for everything if I could! It seems to be helping with my circulation which was the main reason for purchasing. I've noticed I'm throwing the covers off during the night which is not normal for me. Now if my feet will warm up it will be a 10 out of 10. I've only been taking it for a little over a week at this point. I would recommend taking this.
