BEST SUPPLEMENT EVER
I've been taking Osteo Bi-Flex for over 20 years, as recommended by my doctor. Thank goodness he did. I am a woman over 80 years old and going strong. I have absolutely no joint pain. I still run about a mile, workout 3-4 times a week at the gym, go cycling often, and I'm still my original height. Now I cannot guaranty Osteo Bi-Flex is the direct benefit for my good and bone structure, but it certainly has not hurt. Do I recommend it? Absolutely. My husband also takes it, and he still enjoys a very active, healthy lifestyle. Ask your doctor if it right for you.

Good product that delivers
I wasted money and time on discount glu/chon tablets that never did anything for me. I decided to try the name brand and it really delivers. I have a bad ankle that got worse after a corrective surgery attempt - I have needed a tight ace bandage for the last decade UNTIL I tried this product for ten days, now my disability in walking and standing has all but vanished! Knees are better too. They seem to know how to process and package this for maximum effectiveness. Speaking of packaging it SUCKS!!! This large bottle was only 1/3rd full so it is more bulky and wastes more plastic and shelf space than needed. ALSO comes in a wasteful box that just increases the price. And the boxes have some foil ink which makes them non-recyclable. AND they use the weird blue coloring for the bottle which adds no value inside their box but it is harder to recycle colored plastics.
