This is not full grain leather, it's missing the top grain which they use on their gloves, speedbags, et al. these are just the scraps of leather that are left over, missing the top grain -- like nubuck, but without the nice looking suede-like appearance (reminds me of rawhide considering how stiff it is). Also, it's all seams! There's 4 separate panels separated by vertical seams that aren't pictured in the listing. Usually decent bags have 1 vertical seam that you avoid at all costs because always that's the first spot to rip (most stitching is much weaker than leather). This is all seams, both vertical and horizontal, and is guaranteed to bust open very quickly. Also, I had to completely repack this as the sand bags were right up against the leather in multiple spots (I would have bought an empty one had I known that would be the case) and the bottom ⅓ was hard as a rock, while the top ⅓ was totally empty, like an old, heavily used, bag. Worst of all, the top (which doesn't really matter) and the bottom (which matters a lot) is made of pleather (see pic of bottom -- you can clearly see there's 2 different materials, and unfortunately it's fake leather). So, it's gonna go as quickly as the all pleather bags. They designed this bag very carefully to fall apart as quickly as possible. A nice, all leather -- that's actually full grain -- heavy bag should last decades if not a lifetime. This was purposely designed to last a year or 2 of heavy use. The 4 spots where the bags hang from (where the 6 rivets are) are no longer 1 solid piece of leather like the ones pictured, it's a smaller piece that fits inside of a slot on the main piece (see pic below), which was something I was specifically shopping for but didn't receive (I was shopping for all these things, actually, which are signs of a higher quality bag, but was sent a totally different and much lower quality one). Finally, there's no Ringside patch like the one in the listing, only the 2 screen-prints, and it's just an inferior bag to the ones pictured in the listing in quite literally every possible way. This is a bait and switch scam as far as I'm concerned. Wish I had just bought the all black 100 pound bag, or the black, white and red 100 pound Contender bag Ringside makes for around $150...I paid almost $100 extra for 30 extra pounds and a slightly longer and wider bag. Thought I was getting an all leather bag, that's actually full grain and isn't a million panels of hard, scrap, leather all sewed together with a pleather bottom that will rip almost immediately. Get a better bag. I'd recommend another company, altogether. Ringside has become the new Title, which had become the new Everlast. Boxing companies tend to start out great, make a solid name for themselves, then start pumping out trash, using their previously good standing to sell inferior products.
