The composition of the pot cuts cooking time in half (when using a gas stove). I love the timeless contour design and ergonomics. Stainless steel is easy to clean. The only con about this product is the lid. The lid's handle is not made of the same material as the pot's handle. The pot's handle is heat resistant- the lid's handle is not. Overall, it is a quality pot. I love the pot's esthetic.
