Umcka lozenges
Taking them now for stuffy runny nose and cough associated with an active Covid infection. My husband is refusing them. I am coughing way less and am much less snotty. The umcka seems to open up my lungs and make it easier to breath. Effect lasts about 90 minutes I find the lozenges work better than the umcka tincture Taste is ok, way less offensive than Fishermans Friend

I have a hard time taking zinc. Most products leave an unpleasant after taste for me that lasts for hours. These do not. The taste is pretty good and the product works well.
