Love this vacuum

I am so happy with this vacuum. Very Light weight and has great suction, especially for its small size. It picks up a lot, is easy to use, is light weight for taking up the stairs, and is pretty quiet. My husband is always tracking dirt and debris into our house. This makes cleaning up after him a breeze. This works great on our hardwood, linoleum and rugs! So happy with my purchase. The battery life is short lived but it's about what you should expect for a 7 lbs cordless vacuum. it's a wonderful cordless vacuum.

Happy, but Confused?

I originally bought the Shark Rocket, because I have all vinyl and laminate floors and wanted to avoid sweeping, because it aggravates my back. I HATED that thing. It was too top heavy, not freestanding and the cord was not retractable. Ridiculously cumbersome to use, ugh. It was supposed to be lightweight, but it made my right arm feel like a spaghetti noodle after holding it up and pushing it. It had excellent suction power, but I just couldn't live with all the negatives. I ended up giving it to my mom because she liked it and looked elsewhere. I looked at an Electrolux Rapido for the longest, but finally settled on this make and model because the Rapido has such mixed reviews. I found this model and a model similar to it on the internet and it just so happens that my local store carries this one, so I went with it. I'm happy with this product and confused at the same time. I paid $148 for the Rocket while it was on Rollback and $99 for this vac. What I can't understand is how this vacuum ended up being 10 times better and costing almost $50 less. It has everything you would want in a stick vacuum, a vacuum period. It's super lightweight, freestanding, sucks great, and there's no annoying cord to hold up and drag around. And when I say great suction, I mean outstanding. It pulled my bathroom rug with it! From what I can see, the battery is outstanding too. I vacuumed 5 rooms with it today (about 1,200 square feet) and it has yet to die or lose power. I'm confident that anyone with a larger home could vacuum it down without it dying. It would also be an awesome vacuum for parents who want to get their children involved in cleaning up, as it is VERY lightweight compared to most vacuums. A 5 year old could push it.... I'm glad I picked this one after the buyer's remorse I had with the Rocket....

Great cordless vacuum cleaner for hardwood and car

Bought this one when my 6 year same model started to not work well with suction. After reading instructions I also replaced my battery on older one and belts through Walmart. Now They are both like new. Keeping older one for my Travel trailer. Win Win!!
