Normally I have to get new shoes every three to four months. I work in healthcare and walk 15,000-20,000 steps every day. So I burn thru some shoes. Of course I can't buy the cheap ones either cause I developed plantar fasciitis with being on my feet so much. Found these six”ish” months ago and just had to buy a second pair…best part is I didn't have to get new shoes…been using the same ones for a year now with these insoles. Take a week or so to get use to like the website says but once you do, no foot pain, no leg pain. They are amazing! I will always be buying these!
