IMPORTANT: Fully read Quick Start Guide and User Manual prior to insulation. It is important to follow the steps provided to make sure you are utilizing the case correctly. Remove any screen protectors / tempered glass prior to installation.

A change in pressure imbalance can be caused by a change in temperature or altitude. To have perfectly clear sound, the pressure inside the case and outside the case need to be equal. To solve this issue, while in a dry location simply open the "Silicone Plug" and allow the pressure to equalize, put the plug back in the port and the sound should resume to being clear.

All iPhones are equipped with a Phone Noise Cancellation Feature. While using this case, there may be timesyour iPhone may cancel out background noise trying to be helpful, when it is really cancelling out your voice. This feature at times may cancel your voice, as your phone is thinking its background noise. In order to use this waterproof case, it is highly recommended to turn off this feature.

To stop your iPhone from doing so, and to make sure your case is fully functional: Go to: ->Settings->General->Accessibility

Scroll down to Phone Noise Cancellation and turn off this feature.
