Northlight Clear Plastic Christmas Tree Topper, 9"

I gave it five stars because it was as-advertised and arrived on time (and was less expensive than some alternatives), not necessarily because I'm enamored with it. I had an old one that I'd probably bought in the late '00s or so, which finally died, and I needed a replacement quickly, and this was the best replacement I could find for the money. It is, as others have said, not super bright (it is bright because because of all the LEDs inside, but the intensity of the light is not all that substantial) and it's not overly large (get out your ruler and decide if it's the right size...it was probably just a touch too big for my taste, but all things considered, it's fine). Personally I like the fact that it has kind of a dim appearance while still casting a significant amount of light from the LEDs, and I appreciate the fact that the cone which is used to attach to the tree is clear, rather than being white, and the fact that the wiring is green, rather than white...all of that helps it blend into the tree better. It may be a little heavy though (it's heavier than my old one, which was basically a plastic frame with some tinsel and tiny white Christmas bulbs), so bear that in mind as well - you may need something to help prop it up.
