Would recommend but you better order larger than you need. Husband has a 42 " waist, ordered 44" because I was told to order 2" larger than you wear, I had to return them because the holes weren't where he needed them to make the belt fit. So I had to order 45-46" and they fit fine. Just remember they are very nice belts, good quality just run small and not true to size
