Cranberry Type, Natural Flavor Blend captures the tart, fruity character of the berries. This extract can be used in baked goods, beverages and ice cream. It is the perfect flavoring for simple syrup, butter cream and other frosting. In most applications we recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.30%. One teaspoon is sufficient for your typical cake and cookie recipe.
