Arrived opened and barely packaged

Rug arrived, dumped in middle of my driveway, opened on one end and completely exposed. Was not even rolled up evenly but was like a corkscrew. In addition, and not surprisingly, it smells terribly foul. Contacted cymax but still have not received a return authorization. Would never buy from them again.
