Color changes based upon lighting
It's not as thick as I would like, but the price is fair for what you get. It is soft, but it has a sheen to it that causes it to be two different colors, depending on where you stand to look at it. It looks much lighter- almost a white/ivory when you look at it from one direction. When you walk to the other side of the rug and look, it looks more like a darker ivory. I have a soft rug cushion under it and it makes it feel much more plush. It would be thin and slide without the cushion. I liked that if I didn't like the rug, I could take it back to the Walmart store near me.
