Raspberry Filling by Henry & Henry

I have been using this brand of raspberry filling for my cakes for at least 15 years. I cannot tell you how many compliments I get every single time i use it. This tastes like the stuff you get at professional bakeries/donut shops. They also have good lemon filling. Recently I tried a couple different brands when Henry and Henry wasn't available and well… they got thrown out. It lasts a long time in the fridge. I tape the tube closed and stick it in a ziplock.. and use it at least 4-6 times per tube. Warning: Do NOT use this as a filling in a Meyer lemon loaf with lemon glaze!! Your friends and family will never leave you alone.
