This was our first time trying this. It was pretty good. I used it in the chocolate double layer cake for my grandma's 86th birthday. It was squishing out of the cake though. I have to figure out how not to have that happen on the next cake I use this on. I made homemade 7 minute fluffy white frosting and put that all around the cake and it didn't help much holding the raspberry filling in between the two cakes. We even had put the cake it the fridge and that did help some. But overall it tasted really good and we plan on purchasing and using again. Hopefully I can find cherry for the same price or lower to try for my birthday.
