I got this for my niece, who's 2.5 yo to use in the kitchen with me. She's a tidge too short yet BUT she can get her arms and hands extended over the sink. I assume that it would work to get up on the potty but it won't be used for that. I put it together in about 5 minutes and only had to glance at the included instructions once to make sure I had it properly put together before screwing it right. All parts and pieces were there and a couple extra included in case one gets lost.

I like that this two step has handles on the side. I bought it for my elderly mother who sometimes falls down and cannot pick herself up without grabbing onto something. This two step with handles is perfect for her. Now when she falls down she can use it to pick herself back up.
