Need help changing the laminator rolls

If you could post a video about changing the rolls of laminating sheets, I'd really appreciated it! I tried looking for one on youtube. we just have the Scotch Heat-Free Laminator LS960

spring fell out

I have used this laminator at a previous employment and loved it so I ordered one for my new office. However, when I first tried to use it, a small metal spring fell out of it. I can't tell where it goes, but the unit seems to be working. Is there a diagram to show where this spring should go?

So easy to use! I love this laminator!

I've been using the Scotch Heat Free Laminating System for years. Its so easy to use because it is manual, no electricity is needed. I don't have to wait for my laminator to heat up. Plus you can laminate many different sizes even extra long banners then trim to fit.
