If you have hardwood floors, this item is a huge help for "crawlers." Assembly is simple, but you may want to put the playmat in a spot where you don't have to keep taking it apart, because repeating this process over and over again can be a little exhausting. This is an item that will grow with your children. It can be used to teach them their ABC's and numbers. So, it's a good investment.
