Good Value

I have a 2010 Subaru 2.5 Outback with 160,000 miles. Original equip Continentals lasted 90K miles. The ProContact GX now have 70K miles and need replacement. I was expecting more mileage but am satisfied with the 70K. I will replace with another set of Continentals.

Poor Treadware

Had to replace 2 of the original Continentals at 26,200 miles on my 2014 Subaru Outback 2.5i Premium. Now, 26,500 miles later, they need replacement again. Rotated every 5,00 - 7,000 miles. Tread depth was measured a week ago at 4/64". Good tire otherwise. Looking for another brand of tire!

reply from Supplier Response

Thank you for providing feedback regarding our tires. If the tires are evenly worn down to 2/32" of tread remaining, with proof of rotation every 6,000 - 8,000 miles, and these are replacement tires, then the tires are eligible for pro rata replacement Should you or the dealer need assistance, we can be reached Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern, at 800-847-3349.

Disappointing tread life

These were the factory tires on my 2014 Subaru Outback 2.5i premium. After only 45,000, I have been told that I need to replace the tires. I have had them rotated with every scheduled maintenance on my vehicle, as suggested by my dealer. I am very disappointed that after only 2 years of owning my car, I have to replace a tire that should have made it another year or two.
