H/L ALENZA PLUS/SILVERADO Z71 4x4

I looked and reviewed many tires & mfg before deciding on the dueler. I have been off road, driven over 200 miles in heavy blowing snow & freezing rain and this tire never gave me any concerns. My wife says that my truck rides better than her suv. Most off road tires have a limited warranty or none at all with the 80k warranty this tire cannot be beat. I bought my tires at a Firestone store and get free tire rotations for the duration of tire life. One other thing my wife has decided she wants a set of these tires on her suv.

Nice SUV/Crossover Tire - Quiet / Comfortable

Chose a set of these versus going with the OEM Ecopia 422s that come with the Highlander. The Ecopias are nice, put 62,000 miles on them and they still would have been good for another 4-6K. Don't pay attention to those that say the Alenza is strictly a truck tire. They are for light trucks, crossovers/SUVs. I noticed the handling, comfort, and quietness right away (all around better than the Ecopias). I really haven't noticed a decrease in mileage, and the small difference in the dry/wet/snow ratings (comparing to Ecopia) isn't a big factor for me. The Alenza has more of a rugged look to them, but I don't mind it. I got an excellent price on these, couldn't see going with anything else. I don't regret the purchase whatsoever and would buy them again. There must be some reason that Toyota/Lexus uses the Bridgestone's in their vehicles.

Great Tires

Great tires, good handling and have driven in snow, rain and dry conditions. The ride is smooth, the road nose is mim, to say the lest. I have read the other reviews here, the tire needs to be on a light truck, not a car, there wide tires with a lot of grip, and on a car or small truck, your going to have road issues, their truck tires put them on your truck. 80,000 miles, looking forward to this, with the amount of driving that I do these should last me three years. Great tires, on the expensive side, but I think that the out come if I they do get the 80,000 out of the tires, that would work out to be one cents per mile, so lets see, there is a warranty for 80,000 so that is a good deal too. I did have am alignment on the car with the tires and they ride well and take the hands off the wheel, the car runs true. So far I really like these tires.
