I ordered 2 pair of these on Jan 1. The acknowledgment was correct. A correct delivery notice came Jan 10, as did a package. However, the delivery was not what what I ordered. I tried to return it to my nearest Walmart, but was told their machine was broken, and I would have to take it to a more distant store. I reordered the same day. Today (Jan 14) the correct items were delivered. I was irritated by the mistake the first time, but pleased with the quick delivery the second time. The gloves are fine, what I expected.
