Big crack on one piece of board& a broken screw

Canpar delivered really fast, I received it like the day after I ordered. However, the assembly instruction is reallyyyy confusing. Took me and my neighbor hours to put this together, and finally realized two boards were installed inside out!!! Well, I can't afford on putting this part and assemble it again. Too much pain. just will manage with it. Another problem is that one board and one screw came defective. There is a big crack in the middle, and the screw does not have head. The stand in general look good after you set it up.
