Boats like this come in very handy. You can get small ones to hold some cookies or other small snacks, or a little bigger for things like sandwiches, hot dogs, a piece of pie, or some that are quite large that can hold a whole meal of food like fish and chips, etc. They cut down on dish washing and are cheaper than most paper plates. Since these are made of paper, they will disintegrate, so they are good for the environment. One tip: make sure you pay close attention to the measurements so you get the size you really want. The ones I ordered this time were smaller than we usually get, but that was my fault for not reading carefully enough.
