Great Marinade BUT too expensive. Make yourself.

This is a very good marinade for chicken. However do not understand WHY it is so expensive. So i tried to make it my self and found a great recipe that I will not use to eliminate me from having to pay almost $18.00 per bottle.

The Anise flavor threw off my pallet. I am not a big licorice fan. Now I know what Chinese 5 spice tastes like, and I know I don't like it. If you like that flavor, you'll like this marinade.
