THAWING INSTRUCTIONS: • Remove fillets from vacuum wrap and place into plastic bag. Place plastic bag in refrigerator until fillets are thawed. BAKE INSTRUCTIONS: • Preheat oven to 425°F. Place fish on oiled baking sheet. Cook 7-10 minutes. BROIL INSTRUCTIONS: • Turn oven to broil. Place fish on oiled baking sheet. Cook 5-7 minutes. SKILLET INSTRUCTIONS: O Heat 1 tablespoon oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat. O Pat thawed fillets dry with paper towel. Place in skillet. O Cook 8-11 minutes, turning once, until fish flakes easily with a fork. GRILL INSTRUCTIONS: • Preheat grill to medium-high. Cook 8-10 minutes.
