Do not refreeze. **Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F or until flesh is opaque and flakes easily. **Grill - From Frozen **Preheat grill to medium. This is pretty much the only fish I can afford anymore on a Social Security budget. Having said that it's not bad. It's not cod or halibut or perch, but it's firm and it cooks up well with a little lemon pepper and if I soak it in a little milk for an hour before I bake it. It doesn't stink up the house too bad.

I am not much of a fish person. However, my husband smokes this, and I make fish dip out of it. I love it, and can eat it. Not a real fishy taste. I can also eat their salmon. I put cajun seasoning on it, and I can eat it. I recommend both of these.

I absolutely love these individually wrapped tilapia! It is just so easy to flaw the packages in cold water for 30 minutes, brush on olive oil, lightly season and cook them in my microwave or air fryer. The flavor is great and they're full of protein and other nutrients. Highly recommended!
