They stick on with a coating on silicone. It is gel-like. They look fantastic if they fit. I wear the size 2 for C and D. I'm a C and they just barely fit me. But it's not supposed to cover the entire breast just the middle. There is an option for a light support tab but I just use the regular size 2. I love these because I go without a bra due to nerve problems. With this coverage I still have the appearance of a smooth covering.
