cheap reel

Bought this without. Fully checking it out. There is no reverse tab only reels in line.

It's 2020, where's the reversible switch?

Very disappointed, bought this for my daughter, was setting it up and putting on line and after I did so, just noticed there's no switch to lock out the reverse. I actually came on here for the hope of finding it was somewhere else, but only to find it's how it's designed. Very disappointed
