My favorite for 50 years. Taste, sugar free and flouride are good reasons to use this. The gel turns into a nice foam quickly, unlike paste ones. With flossing once a day and brushing twice a day, you can take care of daily problems. I use a dentist tool kit from Walmart for scraping any tartar when needed. Visit the dentist for any problems and have a clean mouth. So important to your health.
