The heat exchanger models can be connected to the engine cooling system, offering the convenience of hot water when underway or when generator power is unavailable. The heat exchanger is over seven feet in length, coiled evenly throughout the tank's interior, ensuring rapid and efficient heating of water. Raritan's water heaters are equipped with an ignition-protected thermostat, adjustable from 110° to 160°F, with a factory setting of 120°F and a safety shutdown limit of 190°F. The plumbing connections are conveniently located on the same side to simplify installation, with hot and cold water connections being ¾" male NPT and heat exchanger connections at ¾" female NPT.
